Answer:In this era, use of computer technology is developing very fast, there are so many challenges raised by the use of computer technology in health care sector.It has also stimulated the need to develop the guidelines and principles for the healthcare practitioners. These changes will lead to ethical practices. The mix of healthcare with use of computer technology has raised many challenges such as
There is a challenge to recognise the type of ethical conduct that is expected by the health care practitioners and developers of computer technology in healthcare because there were some early explorer and developers of computer technologies for healthcare who led to expand the ethical boundaries with unethical health care practices which they can not justify.
Other ethical challenge for the use of computer technologies in health care sector is to reestablish trust and relationship between the patient and practitioner/doctor by providing the guidelines for the user of computer technology in healthcare sector so that they can understand and adapt the fundamentals of ethical code of conduct of healthcare.
Another challenge is make them (all the persons involved in the process of developing, maintaining, and marketing of web sites related to healthcare sector) strictly follow the code of ethical conduct and these medical code of conduct should be explained by an international organisation which has practicable power to regulate the system.
One challenge is that it is very difficult to explain what comprises the "Healthcare Internet and computer technology Ethics" because different countries define medical ethics in different terms.
