4. A leader should have the following characteristics: Ambitious, Competent, Dependable, Honest, Inspiring, Loyal, Supportive. All these characteristics are important because one should expect the leader should take the organization beyond boundaries and in doing so he/she should be able to lead his subordinates; develop trust in different stakeholders that they have entrusted their fund in capable hands. Since the leader can't do everything on his own, he/she should trust his/her subordinates to carry out certain support functions and she/he should be ready to provide whatever necessary support they need.
