In order to better understand the problems in creating a successful community of practice it must first be defined. A community of practice can be defined as a group of people who are concerned about the same topic or a set of problems, who come together in order to share their knowledge in order to gain a better understanding or to find a solution to issues (Sense, 2015). A community of practice should be supported and encouraged but never forced (Sense, 2015).

communities works for their own benefits, who belongs to a common group, who are having same requirements and similar kind of aspirations. yes, the community practices should not be forced someone to practice or implement same actions and activities.

some of the communities will be forcing people to practice the activities and actions. we can find some religious and race communities which force all others to follow it.
