It comes under FAIRNESS- where you are using your current position and taken decisions to benefit your belonging people. It is not fair, when you are in a higher position, you must take actions and decisions with fair only. You have taken this decison and invited your borther as trainer and resource person to the program has done with PARTIALITY. You made an action, which benefits your brother.

If you done this in a fair manner, you need to search for resource people in this area, collect the list and ask your team to pick among these for provide training. But you, individually taken the decison which helps your brother. Hence, the same will be adressed by one of the internal employee, and carry the same to ethics committee to the organziation.
