Project Description: To reduce the number of errors to less than 10 errors (both first pass and second pass) per month by the target finish date. The data for the month of October 2017 shows that 65 errors which were corrected during processing and there were seven errors identified by the Customers which led to Customer Complaints during the month. The project will be conducted to improve the error-free rate in this process.
Objective:
