Demo-1 is based on the personal analysis and cost-benefit analysis. Personal analysis deals with potential participant and cost-benefits analysis deals with potential costs and benefits. Both elements are present in the Demo-1 as questions are related to the personal aspects and level of training required with one question related to costs.
Comment on the questionnaire in general regarding its setup and effectiveness in determining training needs.
The general questioner is very effective as it asks about personal preferences of timing, instructor, experience, areas of interests and job level. It uses different scales to take input from the survey taker.
