Pretend that you have developed a "personal quality checklist" on which you tally nonconformances in your personal life (such as being late for work or school, not completing homework on time, not getting enough exercise, and so on). The personal check list consists of the following:

- things to-do for the day

- wake up time, and immediate work-out like exercises and preparation of diet

- Having enough time for after hour workout and reviewing the plan for the based on appointments and the nature of the job

- having everything at its proper place

- Planning to go for office

- scheduling the work and propritizing the tasks

- scheduling timings and appointments for the next day and doing after hours office work if any

- Spend time with family

- going to bed at time

My personal quality checklist is a qualitative checklist that registers the conformance or non conformance of a task that is intended to be performed in a daily routine by me.

My checklist included day to day activities that have to perform to keep my performance level high and keep myself productive.

The checklist includes activities such as getting up at the right time, following the workout routine and diet plan, planning for the work for that day and setting goals, leaving for the work at the right time, organising things at workplace, scheduling and prioritising tasks, evaluation at the end and setting goals for the next day, reaching home at the right time and getting to sleep at the right time.

As it is a qualitative checklist, hence I will use U-chart, in which the number of defects corresponds to the no of non conformances of an activity and different batches corresponds to different activities.
