Change in very common in today’s business environment, this is because of great competition in the market. To stay with market, companies and teams should adopt the change based on customer’s demands. This article also explaining the same thing. After reading this article, I understand the four important practices that can useful for effective team work. To develop my organization, I can follow all these suggestions but mostly I want to use 4th suggestion that is Become project based, because to complete project successfully, team contribution is compulsory but as a project manager, I should handover particular tasks to particular person who have complete knowledge and ability to complete that task successfully. So use this suggestion.

Form this article; I want to introduce one thing to my group to be more effective that is Eliminate rank because in a group people should never think about status and position. Rank is not a compulsory; people should take all responsibilities as a leader and take serous responsibility to complete a project. Position is not important and character and competence are most important, by this suggestion I can motivate employees or group members to concentrate on work only and not on status and postion
