Excellent green leaders should be an excellent leader but additional skills and characteristics is required. Green refers to environment and only those people who love nature and have a strong belief like environment gives everything for us and it is the responsibility of corporate and individuals to protect them . Sustainability is another key aspect where proper plan and execution to be done which reduces adverse impact over the environment through the business processes. Thus a green leader should have proper vision about sustainability, passion towards nature, strong follower of lean concepts, lead by example towards approach towards protection of environment, responsibility on corpprcor social activities.
