Can you fix my grammar for asking my favor to professor, im really bad at grammar I just want someone check and fix my paragraph.

I was a student in your Managing class, it was great time in my understanding about work as a team.

I have a question about the sky program. Last time, when I talked with the Rey, she talks about the faculty advisor, so I would thinking about that if you would be my faculty advisor that will be so awesome for my sky experience. So may I get your sign for my documents if you tell me your free office hours, I will visit and I can get an advise about my program.

Hello Professor, I, XYZ, was your student of your management class during the period ____________ and would like to thank you for your guidance during the course. I not only cherish those great learning moments but also believe that my understanding towards team work has greatly improved after the course.

Due to this reason, I would like to make a small request about my Sky Program. On my conversation with Miss. Rey, she told me about having a dedicated faculty advisor for the program and as per my wonderful experience with yourself, I would like to request you to please accept my proposal of becoming my faculty advisor for the program. This will provide me with a very conducive evironment for my Sky Experience program. I assure you that I shall put in extra efforts to justify your participation.

Please let me know about thoughts. In case of your acceptance, please let me know about an appropriate time for my visit regarding the required documentations and signatures.
