(1) As per the quote mentioned in the question, three essentials to happiness in life are something to do, something to love, and something to hope for. According to me, life is a treasure full of new things which one should explore at every stage of life. Happiness is what can be found within ourselves and cannot be searched for outside.
If we have an aim in life and some tasks to perform on daily basis then our mind will be pre occupied with the work and its completion will lead to happiness. Further presence of love will add up to the level of happiness. Love has no form or shape, it simply exists between any of the relationships, in our interactions with loved ones and gives us happiness and confidence to achieve our goals in life.
But without hope, everything is useless. If hope is present in our life, then way can be fin out to achieve our goals and we can hope to be successful and find happiness in whatever we do in life. So it can be said that life is a complete set of hope, love and aim. Even if one is absent, our purpose of living will be lost somewhere.
(2) Looking at the higher education, there are certain ethical issues that are faced by every party involved in its working.
(a) Faculty: teachers are the pillars for any educational institute. Higher education is something that need to be taken care of most importantly. The teachers face number of ethical dilemmas such as:
