Ideas, believes or customs are termed as culture. Company’s values, beliefs, business principles, traditions, ways of operating and internal work environment constitutes an organizational culture. Overall attitude of an organization can be evaluated by culture. It measures that what perception od others have on the organization. It sets standard of behavior for employees, as to what they should do and what not.

It is not an easy task to handle people of different cultures as they have their own reliogn, language, education, understanding etc. A person with a very good skills can handle this cross culture environment. In this situation, a leader plays a very important role.

Leader should act in a manner so that employees and others in an organisation feel motivated and become more devoted towards their task. A leader can handle this cross culture problem by reducing the conflicts, misunderstandings etc. , reviewing the needs of employees and motivated them to perform their work in effecient manner.
