grapevine communication is one of the informal communication tool which helps different people belongs different levels and departments exchange information quickly. it is the fastest method to spread any information, and it is very difficult to control in the organisation.
most preferable communication mode is writen mode, while we are managerial level it is the best mode of communication to exchange the official information.
