The company's mission statement, organizational culture and style of leadership are factors that are associated. These factors influence the organizational activities, decisions and employee behavior.

The External Environment

The external environment occur outside of the organization that cause change inside organization and are not in control of the company. For Example Customers, competition, economy, new technology advancement, political and social conditions. These factors can have a significant influence on company's current operations, growth and sustainability.
