How can the ethical issue(s) raised be addressed from a Christian worldview? In other words, what guidance, using principles from a Christian worldview perspective, could be applied to understand and address these ethical issues?

Introduction :
The word Ethis have been derived from the Greek word “Eithos” which mean “Character”. Ethics plays a very important role in the success and failure of any business, and those who never compromise on the ethical issues of business will suceed in the long run. Ethics are the governing principles or rules or moral philosophies that decide the course of action of a business.
Ethics are further divided into three parts :-
Ethics need to be followed in statics too like any other field of research or work, so that the truth can be revieled and misrepresentation of data and numbers can be avoided.

Importance of ethics in business statistics :
The unethical scandals and acts by the organization can expose it to the distrust by public at a point of time and it will not be able to survive in the long run. Business Ethics means the customs of business which depicts the highest level of integrity and honesty in values in the society. Business ethics include the moral behavior which is consistent with the generally accepted business principles in society. There are various ethical issues which are faced by the business in its day to day operations.
Business ethics can be defined as the perception of correct or incorrect in the business practices and behaviors (Lennerfors, 2013).
Why business ethics are critical
Ethics in business is the most critical part for an organization and it involves the decision making by various individuals who work for the organization. If the decision made by them is unethical then it will impact the actions and behaviors of various stakeholders of the organization including employees, members, customers, shareholders etc. If the ethics in business is not followed then the business would not be able to survive in the long run (Moriarty, 2008).
Importance of business ethics
Business ethics is very important as it creates an ethical culture within the organization and improves the efficiency of employees and management. Business ethics also help in effective and efficient decision making and the organization which are following business ethics are committed to success in the long run. The ultimate goal of any organization is growth and survival which is achieved and encouraged by ethical behaviors in business (Moriarty, 2008).
Implications for management
The management must consider all the ethical issues at the workplace. The management must be provided a clear and well written code defining and guiding the employees for the ethical behavior at the workplace. The management must disseminate the information relating to business ethics and the codes to avoid concentration in a certain management level.
Relationship to Positive social Change
Business ethics are very important for the concerned stakeholders of the organization. The shareholders invest their money in the organization and business ethics assure them a safety return. Customers purchase products from the organization and ethical behavior of business will ensure the quality and safety of the product at reasonable prices. Employees are depend3ent on organization for their survival and business ethics will give the surety and quality of survival. Thus business ethics is closely related to Positive social change (Lennerfors, 2013).
