Explanation / Answer
Difference:
Organizational analysis is the process of rereading the development, work environment, employees and operation of a business, Whereas Task analysis identify what a employees need to perform to achieve a task, and Person analysis is the process to measure the behaviour of an employee’s against his job and also examine the skills, knowledge and abilities an employee’s uses to complete his/her given task.
These three are related, when an organisation focuses on identifying the training need of an employee. Employees training need is identified on the basis his/her individual performance and skills and knowledge used to accomplish a certain task assigned by an organisation within the organisational environment.
To identify the training need for an employee, the three analyses are conducted that are organisational analysis, Task analysis and person analysis. The organisational analysis is done to examine the environment, strategies, and resources of the organisation to determine where training emphasis should be placed. The task analysis is done to review the job description and job specification and to identify the activities performed for a particular job and competency needed to perform it. Personal analysis identifies which employees required training and which type of training.
There are three main sources to identify the performance of an employee: Employee himself, His superior, and his subordinates.
