Explanation / Answer

As in the 1st mutant both dynamins and exportins are absent in the cell. Exportins are useful in exporting RNA molecules from the nuclues in to the cytosol. As exportin is absent in the double mutants, mRNA from nucleus after transcription will not be released in to the cytosol.

Dynamins play role in endocytosis and budding of vesicles from one apparatus and fusing it to another apparatus. That means, once protein is synthesised in the cytosol i.e, in the golgi, it stays inside the golgi as dynamin is absent.

In this case, transcription is happening but translation is not happening. So, no protein is getting synthesized.
