The performance evaluation may be regular activity,say quarterly,halfyear, annual activity.certain competencies/KRA maybe established and during the regular intervals,these competencies should reviewed by the managers to evaluate the performance of the subordinates.Based on the above analysis feedback should be provided to the subordinates for their performance improvement which in turn helps to improve organisation performance/productivity.Hence there is a need to provide training to the managers to evaluate the performance.
