1. Cross border cultural experiences make one ready to work with people from different backgrounds and different cultures in the company. During various projects, it is required for people from different countries to work together and thus it becomes easy for such people.

2. It is impressive in the sense that working with such people, who have an exposure to world culture is in itself very enlightening. They are updated with what is happening around the world and how can the organization be improved. Such people are more informed and aware.

I would like to be employed with such a company because it shows that their vision is large. They are not a conservative company who would aim to just excel in their home country but aim to excel in world. Working with such a company will broaden my vision too.
