Short background: Human resources are the main and crucial resource for any company as it cannot be completely substituted by anybody or anything. It plays a major role in the quality of the output and can influence the company future in any manner. So, it is worthy to discuss about its past, current and future trends as it could leave a significant clues for the planning of one’s future plans. In past people work in the organizations are treated as a commodity rather than a resource. But today, they are recognized as a valuable resource to any organization. The human resources add value to the organization based on workplace, career in that organization and personal interests etc. In this topic we will discuss about the current situation, best practices and future scenario of the human resources.
