Explanation / Answer
According to the statement which is mentioned this was a misprint and was published wrongly in the newspaper which led to confusion. Here the fault is either from the printing side or the print material given to the printer was wrong. Both shall be penalised as this is misleading the people ue to which their is mental disturbance to the individual and the family under the penal code one is liable for punishment and shall be punished under the law where he can be imprisoned for a particular period of time. If somebody wants to put a case he or she should file an FIR(First Information Report ) in the police so the case been taken further to the court. Here one can prove that this was not intentionally done and the intention was not bad Mutual consent can be reached between both the party and amicably settled outside the court. The trial if gone to court the person who will win will be the complainant as he is genuine and its said whatever is seen that is where the benefit of doubt is given. The judge would favour the case in favour of complainant and he would win the case.
