Manager is a one who gets the job done by others – he has sub ordinates who will accept him as their superior and supervisor. They are taking orders from him and reporting back to him. Planning, Organizing, Directing, Coordinating, and Control (PODCC) used to be the 5 essential aspects of the management - My definition of the management changed into 4 aspects by clubbing the Directing and Coordinating into leading – It became Planning, Organizing, Leading, and Controlling (POLC).
