Most of the given issues in the question can be resolved by a fair and genuine attitube towards business. Genuineness and fairness in the business dealings is the key to accomplish goals smoothly. Also, one needs acute professionalism and quality in approach of dealing in business.
To ensure that the initial scope is appropriate to the project requirements and stakeholder needs one needs to be thorough with the project needs and the stakeholders needs. However, even after all due care there is always scope for contingencies and unanticipated needs and to ressolve these one shall can always put in clauses like escalaltion or contingencies in the contract. Whenever, there is need and its a genuine and fair need to modify the scope then it can always be done if at the initiation due care was taken to put clauses like escalation and contingencies.
Constraints with respect to budget and time may not arise if due care has been taken at the initial stages and continuing during the project duration. However, if still these occur then with proper discussion and negotiations the same can be ressolved. At times it may be a case that some penal charges needs to be paid for delays or excess costing.
It is very old saying that "too many cooks may spoil the cake". Thus, there is every possibility of conflicts when involvement of many people in there. The key to deal with such possibilities is genuineness and fair play. But at the same time there is possibility that someone comes as a culprit for mischieves and in such cases we must assure to punish the one who does the mischieve and at the same time we shall be ready to compensate the aggrieved one.
