She agreed and the pay would be $9.00 an hour. My wife and I planned on having dinner in Indianapolis and seeing a play. The sitter said she would take care of our children. I decided that I could not spend that much time on entertainment, so on February 13; I called the sitter and told her that we wouldn't need her the 14^th. The sitter tried to get another sitting job on the 14^th, but was not able, so she watched television that evening. What contractual issue(s) are relevant to this situation? Since it was not in writing, it is not a legal contract. No genuiness of assent. No breach of contract. Breach of contract. Legal contract, but no damages
