I decided that I could not spend that much time on entertainment, so on February 13; I called the sitter and told her that we wouldn't need her the 14^th. The sitter tried to get another sitting job on the 14^th, but was not able, so she watched television that evening. What contractual issue(s) are relevant to this situation?
