Yes this task requires synergy effect.Being a CEO of the company I would invite the opinion of counselor .In together we will prepare following creative process model.

Creative process model consists of following steps .

Preparation : In this the task will be defined . For formation of team task identification is important. Relationship building & Team formation will go hand in hand hand. Each task will be correlated with objectives defined.

Incubation :In incubation teams will be formed.These teams will be encouraged for doing their work.Allocation of resources , budget formation will be done in this process.

Illumination : Here the teams will start actual working on their defined tasks .For relation making people will follow smooth communication , mutual understanding , understanding of every ones tasks.

Verification : This step will check the results obtained , & compared with ideal points.If any deviations are there counter mechanisms will be taken into account.

Opinion of counselor is important because he / she is actually working in camp , where he / she knows all the root operations , hurdles , problems , challenges. So his / her opinion in making decision about team building , relation making is important.

Following factors are important for team building & relation making

1) Take people in trust

2) Train them

3) Understand the operations

4) Focus must be on children

5) Provide all the facilities to employees for safety of children

6)Employee should be well equipped wilt well technology
