1. A total of nine signals are there.

2. 5 peaks are present, in which two are due to -CH2- signals evidenced from dept.

3. There is one peak in the 50-100 ppm region. Sice it is a quartenary carbon, hence it won't appear in dept.

4. Two peaks are present in 100-150 ppm region. In dept one signal appeared with positive absorption mode indicates it could be either -CH- or -CH3 carbon.

5. Only one peak is present above 150 ppm, this is due to carbonyl carbon C=O.
