the percentage yield is not 100% as the moles of Ano3:Cu is not 2:1 thus one of the reactant will remain there will be an equillibrium set here just yield will not be 100% to improve the yield we'll remove some product so that equilibrium moves in forward direction change in mass of Cu is bcoz of the reaction
