AB+ve is considered universal positive because it can accept A antigen, B antigen as well as Rh antigen. It has all the three in itself. So, this will not agglutinate any of the blood groups.

B- person can accept blood from B- and O- groups. He is not having Rh antigen. So, if we give through transfusion, agglutination occurs. So, we should not give B+ and O+ group blood to B- person.

If the serum containing anti-A and anti-B are not reacting with blood sample, that must be O group. This group will have neither A nor B antigens. Therefore it will not react with anti-A and anti-B serum.
