Yes e-cigarettes are 100% better than normal cigarettes which are filled with nicotine because nicotine is highly dangerous to lungs and most addictive drug for humans.Smoking of nicotine cigarettes will cause damage to lungs and there by leads to lung cancer.Coming to e cigarettes,they are made of completely steel and the source used as agent in the tube is flavoured liquid.This liquid converts in to vapour and when this vapour enters in to the lungs it doesn't cause much harm compared to the nicotine cigarettes.The person who is much effected to smoke can have these e cigarettes so that he may be in safe zone from the lung cancer caused by nicotine.Mostly these kind of e cigarettes are used in foreign countries inorder to protect themselves from the damage of lungs.The person who is addicted to cigarettes can smoke e cigarette on his choice of flavoured liquid which protects his health from harmful cancer disease. Hence e cigarettes are much more better than normal cigarettes.
