Question

The presence of blood and/ar costs in the urine can indicate a serious kidney problem. Why are kidney problems so serious? Suppose a urine sample revealed abnormal results, such as protein, in the urine. If there is a result differing from the noun (e.g., color, pH, substances present), should the physician always make an immediate diagnosis of a disorder? Why or why not? Why is it important to develop a case history of the physical symptoms of each patient to be used along with the physical tests performed on the patient's urine specimen?

Explanation / Answer

answer 1; - kidney problems are so much serious since our blood is being purified by kidneys only; creatine, is an important indication of kidney disorder. one creatine level increase in urine, kidney function test must be refered by the kidney specialist.

answer 2:- in case blood sample shows deviation from normal result then diagnosis should be made immediately. whenever there is problem with kidney filtration, urine samples show that there is definitely a problem. if kidney filtration is not done properly, urine sample will show deviation like decrease in glomerular filtration rate, increased calcium, urea and creatine, etc.

answer 3:- case history is also important bacause kidney problems are caused by stones also which is genetic cause, consuming lots of paracetamole and crocin which has the potential to damage kidney.
