Is global warming real? Is climate change a threat to the human race? Or is it a non-existent problem? Should we be concerned about pollution and the melting of the North & South Pole ice sheets? Or are thses problems overblown?

The public often perceives people with schizophrenia as dangerous & violent even though most persons with this disorder are far from dangerous. Why does the public hold such a perception, & how can it be changed?

Yes, global warming is real.Yes, it could be a threat to human race and it is not a non exixtent problem.Global warming brings a huge change in the ecological, geological and biological system of Earth and this in turn alters the environentsl conditions that has negative impact on human health which ultimately might threat human race as well.We should be concerned about pollution and melting of the North and South ice sheets because this will lead to increase in sea level that will ultimately be dangerous for people as the many regions near the sea will be flooded with water.This will lead to evacutaion of people from those areas and their settlement in other nearby countries.This might also lead to social and political problems if the nearby countries do not accept people from other areas thus there are chance that the entire culture will disppear.

The public always comes across mental illness cases in movies, serials and news where people with mental illness turn out to be violent causing harm to others.Public always fear random, unpredicatable and sudden violence and often believe that this type of violence should be associated with people suffering from mental illness.Public discusses more about a death caused by a psychotic man than a death caused by an accident or robbery.This same might be the scenario with schizophrenic people as well.This can be changed by giving them a clear idea that not all schizophrenic people are violent and may be harmful.Also, discriminating these people from others might inculcate violent behaviour in the schizophrenic people.
