The complex [Ni2(5-Cp)2(CO)2] contain bridging CO ligands.
The structure is as follows
[Ni2(5-Cp)2(CO)2] + 2CO ligands <=> Ni(CO)4 + 2 5-Cp
Now in this As 5-Cp ligand is replaced by CO ligand which is a strong field ligand and shows a pi bond acceptor property. Hence Ni-C bonding interaction will increase and terminal C-O interaction will decease so the I.R stretching frequency will shift to a smaller value and so wavelength will shift ot a higher value.
