Ans.1) In the mentioned situation which seems subarachnoid hemorrhage, first of all the patients should be kept on ventilator. Then, administration of   antihypertensive agents along with of beta blockers is a god option to stabilize the patient’s condition. ICP monitoring should also start immediately and to slow down the increasing intracranial pressure (ICP), loop diuretics, mannitol (osmotic agent) and intravenous steroids are appplied.
