The patient presented to emergency department #2 via ambulance 48 hours later. He was comatose and was diagnosed with a subarachnoid hemorrhage.menigitis and subarachnoid hemmorhage may have similar presentation, and both can be diagonsed with lumbar puncture.

Ans.1) In the mentioned situation which seems subarachnoid hemorrhage, first of all the patients should be kept on ventilator. Then, administration of   antihypertensive agents along with of beta blockers is a god option to stabilize the patient’s condition. ICP monitoring should also start immediately and to slow down the increasing intracranial pressure (ICP), loop diuretics, mannitol (osmotic agent) and intravenous steroids are appplied.

2.) The ethical principle basically assists to make the right decision and great. This need to "do great" makes a moral point of view and conceivable answer for a moral situation satisfactory.
