So, average= 100.8+100.9+100.3/3= 100.67%

Deviation=|average -observed value|

Deviation=|100.67-100.8|+|100.67-100.9|+|100.67-100.3|

Then average it .So average deviation= 0.133+0.23+0.37/3

=0.244%

Then relative range (ppt)= average deviation /average*1000= 0.244/100.67 *1000 = 2.43.

For unknown:

Average= 200.1+203+200.2/3= 201.1%
