The torque = T1 +T2 + T3

T1 = 26 * 0.24 = 6.24 Nm

T2 = 36 * 0.12 = 4.32 Nm

T3 = 25 * 0.24 = - 6 Nm [ torque is NEGATIVE as a counterclockwise torque ]

T1 + T2 + T3 = 4.56 Nm

The wheel will turn clockwise without friction

Net torque = 4.56 - 0.60 = 3.86 Nm
