a. Hospitals located near crowded area where it connects or near to the traffic prone street can lead to disturbance for healthcare organization. Patient's often face issues of disturbance due to extreme noise generated through vehicle. Avoiding these location for hospitals is significantly important for facing issues associated with noise elevation. Other thing is avoiding crowd and many relatives and friends to stay in the hospital per patient should be avoided.

b. Either through organising seminar, meetings or open conference through powerpoint importance of such changes can be discussed and what are benefits associated with it for the healthcare organization.

c. Regularly checking the plan, it's implementation among staff members and patients, continously updating the plan to come up with better implementation plan associated with improving the quality of service for the patients.
