Yes I have seen this that there is collaboration of health care among the two hospital.

1. Sharing of patient from one hospital to the other hospital based on criticality of patient.

2. Sending of patient blood and other sample for investigation

3. Sending of patient to other hospital to receive surgery and better care

4. Sending of patient to other department for diagnosis

5. Used of patient information for the treatment of other patient.

6. Medication of patient from other adjacent medical store where medicine is easily available.

Whenever patient suffer from major trauma , doctors send them to better hospital and give the detail address and phone number of other physician to contact early because to save the life.

This new way of knowledge is very very impacting on the patient outcomes by following ways

1. Patient compliance

2. Patient satisfaction

3. Early diagnosis

4. Early detection

5. Early improvement

6. Helpful in further research study

7. Used of expert in patient operation , save life
