The water cement ratio and strenght relationship is non linear and it is based on trial basis i.e. after the several trials when required strengh gained at that point the water cement ratio will corresponding to that strength keeping sources of all ingradient same . Thus we can not choose any water cement ration by assuming linear behaviour.
