Question
This is question regarding Project Managment.
Develop two project life-cycle models for the construction of a thermal transfer plant (no additional information about the plant is given, state assumptions). Possible life-cycle models are Morris' four stages (1988), Waterfall model, Spiral model.
Focus on the phases in the model: What should be done in each phase? What are the deliverables? How should the output of each phase be verified?
Any help with this would be much appreciated! Project management is not my forte. Thanks in advance.

NO, such a SDLC model is not being solely sufficient for projects and organizations.
There are so many different models, that can easily and more explanatory than the given. The given models are part of the projects initial processes.
For example USE CASE DIAGRAM, CONCEPTUAL DIAGRAM, CLASS DIAGRAMS, UML, SEQUENCE DIAGRAMS and many more that can explain the project analysis and convert into diagrams that become the models of the software’s.
As known, that models for software development and the diagrams may have some different as the models are for showing the whole structure of the software to implementing, and the diagrams is for the given project, but these diagrams also can explain and enhance the project productivity.
In short, all are necessary process for the project.
