In the figure 5B presenting Kaplan-Meier curves, the curves represent the probability of patients (% of affected) responding to first therapy or treatment on Y - axis and duration of treatment is represented on x - axis. The category of patients included are 91 patients in discovery set and 101 patients in extension set. In both the discovery and extension sets, the patients have mutations del (11q) and SF3B1 which are present or absent. Form the graph, it is evident tat patients having one or both mutations responded to treatment with in short duration than patients containing only one or no mutation.
