Question
What is the maximum time it takes for an AT27C010/L EPROM to float the data bus lines once the OE signal is no longer asserted? [Assume the -90 version is used]
Also what is the ordering number for it that will work at -30 degrees Celsius and comes in a PLCC package?
2) What is the maximum time it takes for an AT27C010/L EPROM to float the data bus lines once the OE signal is no longer asserted? (Assume the-90 version is used.) 3) For the chip in the previous problem, what is the ordering number for it that will work at -30°C and comes in a PLCC package?Explanation / Answer
As per the datasheet of AT27C010/L , during read operation, Tdf is defined as OE or CE high to output float, whichever occurred firs?t. This time is 20nS for -45 part and 25nS for -70 part. Thus, after OE signal is no longer asserted, the bus lines will be floated after 20nS for -45part and after 25nS for -70 part. ( the specifications of -90 part is not specified in the datasheet. You can refer to the same Tdf parameter if it is specified ).
The ordering part # for -45nS part which can operate at -30C in PLCC package is AT27C010-45J?U and
The ordering part # for -70nS part which can operate at -30C in PLCC package is AT27C010-70JU
