a) Hills cannot Frank as their dependent since he lived them for only three month inorder to qualify he must have lived with them for more than half year
b)Though grandparents can claim him as dependent but for that Frank's gross income should be less than $4,000 hence does not qualify
c)Hills cannot claim him dependent since he provided himself for his support.
