Action: n2= 400

p2=38/400= 0.095

From above value

Given a=0.02, the critical value is Z(0.01)= -2.33
H0 is rejected

if z <-2.33 or z >2.33 .

The test hypothesis is
Ho:p1-p2=0
Ha:p1-p2 not equal to 0

Pooled proportion= (29+38)/(400+400)=0.084

The test statistic we know that
