Self-esteem encompasses beliefs and emotions such as triumph, despair, pride and shame. For example: "I am competent" or "I am worthy" or "I am incompetent" or "I am unworthy" * How is someone you know with low self-efficacy, relative to a specified task, "programming themselves for failure?" When having low self efficacy, a person has problems to communicate and interact effectively with other team members.
