I. Liver helps in the digestion of fats with the help of bile. Liver failure result in the indigestion of the fats. Liver failure could result in the deposition of bilurubin in the skin that result in the jaundice. Liver play an important role as it a part of hepatic portal system. Failure of liver result in the indigestion in the body. It also result in the loss of kidney function as liver convert harmful ammonia into less toxic urea. Liver failure also result in the decrease in the blood clotting. Liver failure will too result in the improper brain functioning.

II. Liver play an important role in the detoxification of the body. It is involved in the toxic product made in the human body and drug metabolism. Liver failure will result in the adverse effect on the drug bioavailibility, pharmacokinetics and drug clearance from the body.

III. Kidney will reduced it function as liver is not able to convert ammonia into urea. Brain will not work properly as, liver will not able to excrete toxic from the body. Blood coulagation will get affected as liver synthesized heaprin, fibrinogen and prothhrobin. Vitamin A will also be deficient.
