Climate change is a big deal. One of the ways society might address the climate challenge is by moving aggressively toward more renewable energy. Another is by increasing the world’s reliance on nuclear power. This question asks you to reflect on the up and down sides of these strategies. As in the research papers you’ve written, make a case. 1)In 2015 efforts to create a state-by-state plan to create 100% renewable energy was there in US transition.Research were done in 139 countries whether these countries could be powered purely by wind, water and solar by the year 2050. It was done to examines the electrification and decarbonisation of transportation, heating, cooling, industry, agriculture, forestry and fishing. Results were positive as it was concluded that many countries would converted to renewable energy before 2050.

2)Nuclear power is the largest source of zero-emission power in the United States and many other countries. Nuclear power generation is projected to grow 73 percent by 2040 in developing countries. And worldwide 440 nuclear electric power plants are operating in 31 countries which will certainly improve the amount of electricity generation in next coming years.
