i need to know which statistical test to use!!

You are a clinical psychologist who has recently designed an intervention targeting depression in recently returned LDS missionaries. You hope that counseling to ease returned missionaries' adjustment back to being home will improve their levels of depression. You have a sample of 20 returned missionaries, who have all signed on for 12 weeks of therapy. Starting the first day of intervention, and every four weeks after that, you have asked the return missionaries to fill out the Beck Depression Inventory (BDI-II). Higher scores on the scale indicate higher levels of depression. You want to know whether or not your intervention has helped these return missionaries experience less depression. Conduct the appropriate statistical test using SPSS and answer the questions that follow. Use the electronic copy of the data file to avoid any data entry errors.

Explanation / Answer

We wnt to know if there is any effect on depression because of therapy.

So we should use linear regression test, for slope.
