Gamma simply tells us about the association between the two variables, its vlaue lies between -1 to +1
A value -0.42 indicates that the relation between the Indpendent and dependent variable is negative
if the value of gamma is close to Zero , it indicates a weak relation, and if the vlaue of gamma is close to -1 or +1 then the relation is considered to be strong
in this particular case since the magnitude of gamma is 0.42, this indicates average relaioship between the dependent and the indpendent variable
