The need of the hour is an off the job and on the job training programme which will help employees to garner skills and the confidence on new user interphase which will improve productivity. So here purpose statement will be as follows : The purpose of the training programme is to reduce & subsequently remove performance descrepancy and improve productivity of employees & organization . Now let us generate the performance assesment chart We have interviewed 50 key performers and results are listed below . Actual Performance Desired Performance Primary Cause Percent of the performance gap 70% found it difficult to navigate through the PC starting from Start Key as in Windows 7 & locate files stored in the system Navigation was expected to improve as Windows10 while retaining the original flavour of Windows 7 it has added new features which intend to improve over all features.
