Explanation / Answer
Assumption - I am responding with the assumption that these notes about "lesson learned" have been circulated in a team and I am one of the members responding to it.
Thank you all for your efforts. It was really a job well done by all of us.
I agree with XXX’s summary about the lessons learned. We planned our assignment distribution appropriately with clear demarcation of responsibility. The team had great spirit, and everyone contributed on time. Some of the best practices that came out of this assignment and we need to follow them in future were – plan for distribution as soon as possible, preview assignment before you start, keep a track of time and book prior appointments with writing center to revise assignments. Also, it is beneficial to double-check work before submission.
Our virtual meetings were great; however, they were hard to schedule. I hope this experience adds to our project management ability and at a minimum, we must aim to have a weekly huddle to check on the project status with everyone.
Again, I would like to thank everyone for the contribution. Hoping for another round of collaboration with this amazing team soon!
